Advanced Auto Trends Quality Department is 100% committed to ensuring that our products meet and exceed our customers expectations. From recieving raw material and components, through molding and various assembly operations, to packaging of the final product, detail to dimensional and/or visual part integrity is never compromised. With a dedicated staff on all shifts, at all locations, the expectation of product quality is the norm, not the exception.

Our Quality staff is tasked to provide our customers with full PPAP documentation. This includes, but is not limited to: 1st article layout inspection, capability studies, gage R&R studies, robust control plans and FMEA documents and "real time" statistical process controls.

Additionally, with a full-time CMM technician, AATI is capable of providing the kind of customer support that would be expected of an ISO 9001:2000 certified supplier.
